The fabric has a thickness of 400 g/m² and can support heavy loads up to 200 kg, ensuring the hammock’s long lifespan. Stretch, relax, and hang according to the Brazilian technique. Traditional Brazilian craftsmanship guarantees exceptional stability. Vicente, our partner in Brazil, oversees the selection of the right threads, taking into account durability, colourfastness, and the absence of harmful substances. João, our master weaver, hand-weaves up to 6,000 warp threads per hammock. Added to this is the strength of the loom for exceptional durability of AMAZONAS hammocks.
